You can return the item within (2) days and exchange it within (3) three days from the date of receiving the order.
Return and exchange policies:
1. The product must be in its original box with packaging and unused.
2. The product is subject to inspection by the competent department to ensure that it conforms to the packaging conditions and to verify the presence of all its accessories, in order to issue acceptance or rejection for replacement or return.
3. In the event of an exchange, return or cancellation due to an order error or product damage, the customer shall not bear the shipping or delivery fees.
4. In the event of a return, exchange or cancellation due to the customer’s wishes, the customer shall bear the shipping fees in addition to a 5% deduction from the value of the returned products for processing fees.
5. Money can only be refunded if purchased from the website via bank transfer.
6. The refund process from Claft to the customer's account will be done via bank transfer in compliance with the conditions mentioned above.
The imposed fees: This refers to the amount deducted from the invoice value for the fees of preparing, loading and transporting the goods, which are as follows: 30 riyals or 5% of the invoice value, whichever is greater.
Steps to return or exchange an order:
1. Please contact customer service via WhatsApp and provide us with the order information (order number, and action: return or exchange).
2. The customer service representative will guide you on how to deliver the order (via the shipping company or deliver it to your nearest warehouse). The return or exchange request will be considered cancelled if the products are not delivered within (3) three days maximum.
3. If delivery is via a shipping company, you must provide us with the tracking number.
4. When the products arrive at our location, the relevant department will inspect them and inform you of acceptance or rejection, depending on whether the products meet the requirements.

Your order will be prepared and delivered to the shipping company within (48) forty-eight hours after the order is completed. However, the expected delivery date may be affected due to the high pressure on shipping companies, resulting in a delay in the delivery of some shipments. While we make every effort to coordinate with shipping companies to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot control the delivery date and we disclaim responsibility for any delay that may occur.
